Born Hoshi Junmai Daiginjo 500mL
Produced by Katoukichibee Shouten, whose products are often served at Japanese royal family events, this bottle has a rice polishing ratio of 35% and has been aged at -5℃ for two years. Crystal clear just like the spring water, this sake has a smooth texture with excellent depth and a clean finish.
Kubota Soujou Seppou Junmai Daiginjo 500mL
This junmai daiginjo by Asahi Shuzo has undergone low-temperature fermentation and has an elegant floral and fruity aroma with a clean finish. We recommended pairing it with tempura or white fish sashimi.
Hakkaisan Sake-based Umeshu 720mL
Crafted by Hakkaisan, one of the major breweries in Japan, this sake-based umeshu has a dry, clear and crisp flavour. The natural acidity makes it an excellent plum wine to enjoy at meals. Enjoy it straight and slightly chilled.
