It’s time to enjoy some premium seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables. city’super has put together this autumn-exclusive reward privilege featuring Australian Super Jumbo Plus Blueberry, Italian Delica Pumpkin, Japanese Maitake Mushroom, Taiwanese Organic Fresh White Wood Ear, Japanese Naruto Kintoki Sweet Potato, Japanese Wakayama Arida Mikan and Japanese Nagano Yutousei Nansui Pear. In addition, depending on season, either the Japanese Nagano Iwashita Grape Shine Muscat or Japanese Amaou Strawberry (DX) will be included in the set*.

Japanese Nagano Iwashita Grape Shine Muscat

Produced by Iwashita Farm, one of city’super’s partner farms, located in Nakano City, which has low annual rainfall with a large temperature difference between day and night. Nearby is a famous stream that helps to make the soil fertile and perfect for growing very sweet shine muscat grapes. In season between mid-September and the end of November.

Japanese Amaou Strawberry (DX) [Twin Pack]

city’super Kyushu team purchases these strawberries directly from individual farms in Japan. Round and large, these deep red Amaou Strawberries are very sweet with firm, juicy flesh. They have a very high sugar level and almost no acidity. DX grade strawberries weigh about 20g to 35g each, and come in a beautiful teardrop shape. 

Australian Super Jumbo Plus Blueberry

Super crunchy and sweet, these Australian blueberries are unlike any others you’ve tried. The super jumbo size means each one is at least 22mm wide for the ultimate satisfying berry-eating experience.

Taiwanese Organic Fresh White Wood Ear

A new, rare variety of white wood ear. Its shape and texture are the same as black wood ear: thick, crunchy and smooth with a nice bouncy texture, while the flavour is refreshingly sweet. In addition, white wood ear can aid gastrointestinal motility, is rich in collagen, and can effectively eliminate waste.

Japanese Wakayama Arida Mikan

These delicious mikans are grown in the famous mandarin-producing region of Arida in Wakayama. They are very sweet and juicy, thanks to ample sunlight, soil with high-quality, seafood-based fertiliser, and the farmer’s century of experience, passed down through the generations.

1.    Reward redemption is available on the super e-gold Member Exclusive Reward Redemption website. The Reward eCoins are valid for 60 days for Reward redemption after anniversary date while stocks last.  Any expired or invalid Reward eCoins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

2.    super e-gold members should redeem the reward(s) based on the number of eCoins they are entitled to. Redemption gifts are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.

3.    Reward eCoins will be deducted from members’ accounts and a confirmation SMS/email will be sent once the redemption is confirmed. The redemption cannot be changed or cancelled, expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. Members are required to present membership card and confirmation SMS for verification upon Reward collection.

4.    Rewards must be collected on selected date and time at selected store. The expired rewards will be regarded as abandoned and no replacement will be arranged. Related reward eCoins will not be returned.

5.    Certain products may be subject to seasonal and market supply. In the event that products are unavailable, City Super Limited reserves the right to substitute items using products that are of an equal value without prior notice.

6.    The results of using personal care products may vary with an individual’s skin and physical condition. City Super Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

7.    Gift redemption will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all gift redemption will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

8.    All reward photos are for reference only, and the actual products may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no bonus points refunded afterwards.

9.    All rewards are only available while stocks last. CSL has the right to terminate the provision of particular rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative without prior notice. CSL does not guarantee any rewards will continue to be available during the promotional period.

10.    City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of gift redemption without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
