city'super Tagliatelle Egg Pasta
Crafted in a small workshop named La Pasta di Aldo in Monte San Giusto in the Marche region, each piece of pasta is hand-kneaded to retain their flavour and chewy texture. This egg pasta is loved for its vivid yolk-yellow colour which is a result of a high egg to flour ratio (32% egg).

city'super Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Spain

Produced in a 104-year-old estate in Andalusia, this olive oil is a blend of Picual and Picuda olives, exuding aromas of green apple, green leaves and fresh cut grass. Full-bodied and well-balanced; slightly bitter and peppery.

city'super Handmade Caramelised Spanish Almonds

Handmade with almonds of the Largueta variety typical of Spain, these almonds have a milky flavour that is ideal for making caramelised almonds. Each almond is thinly glazed one by one with white beet sugar, and has an intense toasted flavour.

city'super x East Bali Cashew – Unsalted / Garlic Pepper
These skin-on native cashews are hand-harvested from wild cashew trees around Bali’s famous active volcano Mount Agung, where nutrients from the volcanic soil and a lifetime of tropical sunshine lend a rich and luxurious crunch.

1.    Reward redemption is available on the super e-gold Member Exclusive Reward Redemption website. The Reward eCoins are valid for 60 days for Reward redemption after anniversary date while stocks last.  Any expired or invalid Reward eCoins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

2.    super e-gold members should redeem the reward(s) based on the number of eCoins they are entitled to. Redemption gifts are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 

3.    Reward eCoins will be deducted from members’ accounts and a confirmation SMS/email will be sent once the redemption is confirmed. The redemption cannot be changed or cancelled, expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. Members are required to present membership card and confirmation SMS for verification upon Reward collection.

4.    Rewards must be collected on selected date and time at selected store. The expired rewards will be regarded as abandoned and no replacement will be arranged. Related reward eCoins will not be returned.

5.    Certain products may be subject to seasonal and market supply. In the event that products are unavailable, City Super Limited reserves the right to substitute items using products that are of an equal value without prior notice.

6.    The results of using personal care products may vary with an individual’s skin and physical condition. City Super Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

7.    Gift redemption will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all gift redemption will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

8.    All reward photos are for reference only, and the actual products may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no bonus points refunded afterwards.

9.    All rewards are only available while stocks last. CSL has the right to terminate the provision of particular rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative without prior notice. CSL does not guarantee any rewards will continue to be available during the promotional period.

10.  City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of gift redemption without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
