Fans of Dashijie and her products are in luck! Theresa Mak, known as Dashijie, has been honing her skills under the famous Cantonese cuisine expert Pearl Kong Chen in Hong Kong since the 1970s to study and preserve traditional Cantonese cuisine. Theresa is the first of Ms Kong’s three students in Hong Kong and hence she’s known as “dashijie”. Each of Dashijie’s products are created with her family in mind, as she would only offers items with a true “taste of home” and that are good enough for her own family.

Dashijie XO Sauce with Ham

Made with strictly selected ingredients, including dried shrimp that is free of artificial colouring, superior Doumen shrimp roe, special thread fin salted fish, Jinhua ham and fried flounder fillet to create this intensely rich and exquisite XO sauce.

Dashijie Pure Chicken Essence

100% pure and natural chicken essence made with whole, fresh free-range Taiwanese chicken that has been raised for at least 365 days.

Dashijie Shrimp Roe Noodles (Fine)

Fine noodles crafted with Japanese conpoy, superior Doumen shrimp roe and premium flour. With a nice bite and plenty of shrimp roe to give a burst of umami in every bite. Free of artificial colouring and MSG. Simply place in boiling water for 1 minute and 45 seconds, drain and enjoy.

Dashijie Brown Sugar Bentong Old Ginger Tea – Osmanthus

Bentong ginger is known as the “king of ginger” due to its low production. Bentong ginger is spicier and more aromatic than normal ginger, and also has higher nutritional value.

1.    Reward redemption is available on the super e-gold Member Exclusive Reward Redemption website. The Reward eCoins are valid for 60 days for Reward redemption after anniversary date while stocks last.  Any expired or invalid Reward eCoins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

2.    super e-gold members should redeem the reward(s) based on the number of eCoins they are entitled to. Redemption gifts are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 

3.    Reward eCoins will be deducted from members’ accounts and a confirmation SMS/email will be sent once the redemption is confirmed. The redemption cannot be changed or cancelled, expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. Members are required to present membership card and confirmation SMS for verification upon Reward collection.

4.    Rewards must be collected on selected date and time at selected store. The expired rewards will be regarded as abandoned and no replacement will be arranged. Related reward eCoins will not be returned.

5.    Certain products may be subject to seasonal and market supply. In the event that products are unavailable, City Super Limited reserves the right to substitute items using products that are of an equal value without prior notice.

6.    The results of using personal care products may vary with an individual’s skin and physical condition. City Super Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

7.    Gift redemption will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all gift redemption will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

8.    All reward photos are for reference only, and the actual products may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no bonus points refunded afterwards.

9.    All rewards are only available while stocks last. CSL has the right to terminate the provision of particular rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative without prior notice. CSL does not guarantee any rewards will continue to be available during the promotional period.
