city’super Gold Balsamic Vinegar PGI

Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI is produced in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The balsamic vinegar is dense, full-bodied and produced according to century-old methods, and aged in durmast oak barrels. It goes well with any types of dishes, such as simple salads, desserts and dumplings.

25th Anniversary city'super x Lovecraft Peach Helles

city'super 25th Anniversary special-edition beer comes in a cute polar bear design featuring Chef Polar, a character created just for city’super. The beer is crafted with Yamanishi peaches for a refreshing brew highlighted with mild malty flavours and fruity aromas. Perfect for both novice and experienced craft beer drinkers.  

city'super Tagliatelle Egg Pasta

Craft produced in a small workshop named La Pasta di Aldo in Monte San Giusto in the Marche region. The owners and couple Luigi and Maria make artisanal pasta using locally-grown wheat with a unique flour blend. Every piece of pasta is hand-kneaded to retain its flavour and chewy texture.

city'super Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Spain 

city’super Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in a 104-year-old estate in Andalusia, respecting ancestral know-how. Featuring a blend of Picual and Picuda olives, the olive oil has aromas of green apple, green leaves and fresh cut grass. Full-bodied and well-balanced.

Skin-on native cashews are hand-harvested from wild cashew trees around Bali’s famous active volcano Mount Agung. 1.    Reward redemption is available on the super e-gold Member Exclusive Reward Redemption website. The Reward eCoins are valid for 60 days for Reward redemption after anniversary date while stocks last.  Any expired or invalid Reward eCoins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

2.    super e-gold members should redeem the reward(s) based on the number of eCoins they are entitled to. Redemption gifts are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.

3.    Reward eCoins will be deducted from members’ accounts and a confirmation SMS/email will be sent once the redemption is confirmed. The redemption cannot be changed or cancelled, expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. Members are required to present membership card and confirmation SMS for verification upon Reward collection.

4.    Rewards must be collected on selected date and time at selected store. The expired rewards will be regarded as abandoned and no replacement will be arranged. Related reward eCoins will not be returned.

5.    Certain products may be subject to seasonal and market supply. In the event that products are unavailable, City Super Limited reserves the right to substitute items using products that are of an equal value without prior notice.

6.    The results of using personal care products may vary with an individual’s skin and physical condition. City Super Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

7.    Gift redemption will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all gift redemption will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

8.    All reward photos are for reference only, and the actual products may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no bonus points refunded afterwards.

9.    All rewards are only available while stocks last. CSL has the right to terminate the provision of particular rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative without prior notice. CSL does not guarantee any rewards will continue to be available during the promotional period.

10.    City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of gift redemption without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
