iza’bis by city’super (Izakaya x Bistro) is a unique dining concept at our Times Square store that offers Japanese izakaya-style and European bistro-style gourmet creations crafted using premium raw ingredients that have been globally sourced and strictly curated by city'super.
This reward privilege is perfect for lovers of Japanese fare, especially sukiyaki. The set kicks off with three kinds of appetisers, including Boiled Abalone in Japanese Style, Asparagus with Miso Dressing, and Crispy Fried Baby Sardine, followed by the Hiroshima Oyster Hakataya Tofu Miso Soup. The star of the set is the Japanese Yamagata A5 Grade Wagyu Beef & Vegetable Platter to be enjoyed sukiyaki style, and includes ribeye, striploin and shoulder. In between exquisite bites of beef, cleanse your palate with a special selection of vegetables, konnyaku noodles and grilled Hakataya tofu. The platter also comes with Japanese egg, pickles and steamed rice. To end, indulge in the Red Bean Hakataya Tofu Custard with Two-Colour Mochi dessert and a Japanese green tea.
